New Beginnings

This blog will be a medium of expression for the purpose of processing [and sharing!] what I am learning and experiencing in the next leg of the Journey. Upcoming adventures include but are not limited to:

- the service-learning trip to Tanzania (May 8 - June 8)

- working this summer as an Assistant Case Manager on behalf of refugees through World Relief (June 15 - August 7)

- my senior year social work internship with the Clarke County School District (all of next school year)

- representing Teach For America on UGA's campus as a CCC (Campus Campaign Coordinator) ... (all of next school year)

- outreaches and prayer sessions with Redeemed Athens ministries (ongoing)

- life once per month as an intensive volunteer counselor and unconditionally loving friend at the new emergency shelter [sponsored by Wellspring & Redeemed] for victims of sex trafficking (ongoing)

- discernment of post-college life (Teach For America? A year devoted to international missions? MSW? Seminary? Law school? A "regular" job?)
